What data we process

We process data you voluntarily submit in website forms (contact, quote, appointment) and technical data needed to run the service.

• contact details: name or company name, phone number, email address;
• message content and vehicle details (e.g. make), if you provide them;
• preferred appointment date and time — for the booking form;
• technical data: IP address, browser type, request time (server logs as needed for security);
• local cookie-consent preference in the browser (localStorage).

Purposes and legal bases

We process data for the following purposes:

• replying to enquiries, quotes and scheduling visits — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract steps) or (f) (legitimate interest: handling correspondence);
• legal duties (e.g. accounting, complaints) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
• security and proper operation of the website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• remembering cookie consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (where consent is required).

Recipients

Data may be entrusted to technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) only as needed to run the site.

The site may embed third-party content: Google Maps and YouTube videos. Those providers process data under their own policies. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related service, then for periods required by law (e.g. limitation of claims) or until a valid erasure request where applicable.

Technical logs — usually no longer than needed for security (typically up to 12 months).

The browser cookie preference remains until you clear it.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses necessary mechanisms to operate (including storing cookie-banner acceptance in localStorage). We do not run our own profiling-based ad campaigns on this site.

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (verification that the submission is not from a bot).

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data and object — as provided by the GDPR.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting lawfulness before withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, https://uodo.gov.pl.

Voluntary provision of data

Providing data in a form is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry or schedule a visit.
