By using the site, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Services described on the site

Service descriptions, indicative prices (if any), blog posts and videos are informational. They are not a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

The final scope of work, timing and cost are agreed individually after contact or diagnostics at the workshop.

Contact and appointment forms

Submitting a form (contact, quote, appointment) is an enquiry or request for contact. A service contract arises only after confirmation by the workshop (phone, email or in person).

You must provide accurate and current details. We may decline a requested slot if the data is incomplete or cannot be verified.

Intellectual property

Site content (texts, photos, layout, logo, our materials) is protected by law. Commercial copying without the operator’s consent is prohibited.

Third-party marks and materials (e.g. Google, YouTube) belong to their owners.

Liability

We aim to keep information up to date, but it may change. We are not liable for decisions made solely from site content without contacting the workshop.

We are not liable for downtime caused by outages, maintenance or third parties.

Embedded third-party content (maps, videos) is the responsibility of those providers.

External links

The site may link to other services (including car rental and social media). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from publication on this page.

Governing law

Use of the site is governed by Polish law. Disputes are heard by courts competent for the operator’s registered office, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
